Viura 50%, white Tempranillo 50%.

The grapes used in this wine come from two vineyards, "Arnillas" and "El Bosque," both located in San Vicente de la Sonsierra.

The Viura variety is grown in the "Arnillas" vineyard, while the Tempranillo Blanco variety is grown in the "El Bosque" vineyard.

These vineyards are owned and farmed by our family, following sustainable viticulture practices we have maintained for over six generations.

Our winemaking process begins in the field, with a careful selection of grapes in the vineyard. The grapes are then transported in small 1,500 kg trailers to the winery. Once at the winery, both varieties are directly pressed simultaneously, and only the liquid portion is fermented, with carefully controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine remains in contact with its fine lees for four months.

TASTING NOTES

Straw yellow color.

Aromas of white fruit, stone fruit and light tropical notes.

Pleasant mouthfeel, with medium acidity.
