100% red Tempranillo.

The grapes used in this wine come from the vineyard located in the "La Nava" area, at an altitude of 540 meters at the foot of the Sierra Cantabria. These vines were planted in 1974 and are cultivated using a bush-training system. The local soil is clayey-calcareous and shallow, which contributes to producing small grapes with a high concentration of both aromas and color.

The vineyards are owned by our family and have been cultivated following sustainable viticultural practices, a tradition we have maintained for more than six generations.

Our winemaking process begins in the field, with a careful selection of grapes in the vineyard. The grapes are then transported to the winery in crates. Once at the winery, the grapes ferment in tanks with whole grapes for nine days. The wine is then pressed, and only the liquid is used to complete fermentation. Finally, the wine rests in French oak barrels for 12 months.
