Grapes from two vineyards located in San Vicente de la Sonsierra, both in the "Piedra Miguel" area, situated at an altitude of 450 meters.

Clay-calcareous soil, with alluvial rocks, and low organic matter content. This results in low-yielding vines (1-1.5 kg/vine).

The vineyards are owned and cultivated by our family, practicing sustainable viticulture, as we have done for more than six generations.

Our winemaking process "begins in the field," with grapes selected in the vineyard and transported to the winery in harvest baskets. Once in the winery, they are pressed directly into a manual press, and only the liquid portion completes fermentation at controlled temperatures. Once this process is complete, the wine is aged in special white barrels for five months.

Aromas of vanilla, coconut with spicy touches balanced with notes of white fruit and floral aromas.

Pleasant mouthfeel, medium persistence and very low astringency.
